Age requirement
To place an order you must have reached the age of majority in your country, or hold the consent of a parent or guardian. Younger people are welcome to carry OYA once a guardian agrees.
Orders and pricing
Prices appear in euro. No VAT is charged: the seller falls under the French small-business scheme (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI), so the price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is free, with no minimum order, to every country we serve. Plain pricing mistakes may be corrected, in which case affected orders are cancelled and refunded in full.
Warranty
Every order carries the legal guarantee of conformity, two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects. Both cost you nothing, both are owed by us, and nothing written on this page takes them away. Within those two years you may ask for a repair or a replacement, and for a refund where neither works out.
On top of that, our own warranty covers anything traceable to materials or manufacturing. If your device has a fault that does not come from wear, an accident or misuse, we replace it. A confirmation email, a receipt or an order number is all the proof of purchase we ask for.
Safe and lawful use
OYA adds a layer of safety, it does not stand in for the emergency services. Reach for it whenever you feel unsafe or face immediate danger, and call 112 as well whenever that is possible. The alarm must never be used to harass, hurt or deliberately frighten anyone.
The calling and location features lean on your phone, its battery and network coverage. We cannot promise those third-party services are available at every hour.
Governing law and disputes
French law governs these terms, and it does so without depriving you of the protection your own country of residence grants you. Write to us first: nearly everything is settled that way. Should a disagreement remain, a consumer in the EU may take it free of charge to a consumer mediator.

These terms may be updated as the product moves on. The version published on this page on the day of your order is the one that governs it.
